So I haven't realized that it's been a little under 2 years since I last updated this journal, but sadly it has and alot has changed since last I wrote anything out.
1.) My time as colorist on the webcomic Border Crossings has unfortunately come to an end. With the departure of my comrade, friend and bud Andrew Sides (
2.) I never did return to SCAD for my Masters Degree much to my sorrow. The application process was a long one for me, taking up several months of my time since I didn't have al my materials prepared. In the end I was even accepted into the program, but... I had begun the whole process under the assumption that someone would pay for it because they had offered to. But when it came down to it, they let me down. It was a pretty heavy blow to me and affected me for quite some time, even inhibiting my drawing ability to the point I considered giving up. But then...
3.) A few months after my last journal entry I started dating this amazing girl who has been my ultimate support system and keeping me on my toes. A little under 2 years later and she's still around to make sure I keep my pencil to the paper. She's great and I love her the way a fat kid loves the sweets section in your local supermarket.
ANYWAY... I'm back into the swing of things and even more on top of my game then I was before. It feels good to be churning things on a regular basis and seeing that people enjoy what you do. And lastly, I am open for commissions for those who want to contact me for one. So send me a note and a description of what you like and I'd be more then willing to work stuff out with you.
See ya on the flip-side,
Errol
